Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice to allow us the opportunity to fill your appointment time.  

Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. "No call, no shows" will be charged the full service fee either via the credit card on file or with a Venmo invoice. If an appointment is made with a gift certificate, 50% of the value of the gift certificate will be surrendered if an appointment is cancelled within the 24 hour window. A gift certificate will become void for "no call, no show" appointments.
